Price is figured by linear feet after height and thickness are established. The wall is installed per plan details. We excavate, form and pour the concrete per plans. The area will be back-filled and compacted. Excess soil will be hauled off-site and priced per approximate cubic yards.
Price is figured per square foot. We ask our customers to select block from Watkins Concrete Block Vertica Pro or Diamond Pro Retaining Wall System. The existing wall will be removed by machine and hauled off-site. A recycled concrete base will be placed and compacted. After the base course has been set; a drain pipe will be installed. A geo-grid is installed to help stabilize the wall, when needed. The wall is back-filled with drainage composite material. After the wall is built a cap block (usually 4”) is installed. Finally, the soil is graded in the immediate area of the wall for proper drainage.
